  • J. Mèchelle Salon is located within the Salon Lofts of Roswell Marketplace in the same parking lot as Sprouts Farmers Market. Our address is 10800 Alpharetta Hwy, Unit 240, Roswell, GA 30076. Room 10.

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service booked. In support of this, we require a credit card to be placed on file upon booking.

  • To respect the time of all our guests, we have a 20 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within 20 minutes of your scheduled time, we will do our best to complete your booked services. However, please note that any finishing touches such as a blow-dry or style may be forfeited to stay on schedule. You will still be charged the full price of your originally booked appointment.

    Arrivals later than 30 minutes will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full to the card on file.

  • At J. Mèchelle Salon, client satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for services already given. However, we are committed to ensuring you love your look. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will be happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment.

    All sales on retail are final. Under no circumstance can we accept returns on products once they have left the salon.

    All sales on extension hair are final. Under no circumstance can we accept a return or refund on extension hair once the order has been placed.

  • Due to the intimate setting at J. Mèchelle Salon, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving services. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Appointment times vary based on the service and needs of your hair. Color and extension appointments can range from 2-4+ hours. We recommend setting aside ample time in your day to allow for the full experience, and to ensure your stylist is given the time needed to achieve your desired look.
